Hi, I’m Anna, the crafter behind All DIY Crafts. I’m a registered nurse (RN, BSN, PHN) and a nurse educator, and crafting has always been my creative outlet away from work. This site is where I share the projects I make in my own home, step by step, so you can make them too.
What You’ll Find Here
Every tutorial on this site comes from a project I actually made and filmed for my All DIY Crafts YouTube channel. Each post includes the video, step-by-step photos taken from that project, the supplies I used, and the tips and mistakes I learned along the way. My favorite crafts include:
- Resin art: ocean and beach scenes, pressed flower coasters, sea glass pieces, and epoxy tumblers
- Vinyl crafts: adhesive vinyl mugs and cups, heat transfer vinyl shirts and towels, and Cricut Design Space tips
- Cheer crafts: big cheer bows and pom pom name tags
- Holiday crafts: quick seasonal gifts for Christmas, Easter, St. Patrick’s Day, Halloween, and fall
Crafts for Nurses and Healthcare Workers
Because I’m a nurse, many of my projects are made for coworkers and friends in healthcare: stethoscope tumblers, personalized nurse shirts, badge-friendly monograms, and spill-proof cups with lids for work. Handmade gifts are one of my favorite ways to say thank you to the people I work with.
My Approach
I’m a self-taught crafter, and I like to keep projects beginner friendly and budget friendly. Many start with a dollar store cup or a clearance find. I show what worked, what didn’t, and what I would do differently, because you learn as much from a craft fail as from a success. I also make handmade soap, which is how I ended up using cosmetic-grade micas in my tumblers.
When I’m not crafting, I’m spending time with my two kids and our dogs, often outdoors.
